【摘要】 目的研究经阴道无张力性尿道中断悬吊术(TVT)的护理方法及效果。方法分析32例压力性尿失禁女性的护理特点及术前、术后的护理方法。结果手术效果满意,护理成功。结论该手术具有创伤小、安全、简便、疗效确切等优点,是一种治疗女性压力性尿失禁的有效方法。术前完善常规检查及术前准备护理及术后加强尿管康复护理是TVT手术护理成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the nursing care of tension-free vaginal tape.Methods The preoperative and postoperative nursing care for thirty-two patients with stress urinary incontinence were analyzed in this study.Results Both the operation and the nursing care were satisfying.Conclusions TVT has the benefits of fewer complications, less danger , more convinence and effect. It is an effective therapy of stress urinary incontinence. It is the most important for the success of TVT to complete the routine examination, to fulfi the preoperative nursing care and to strengthen the ureter rehabilitation nursing.更多还原
