【摘要】 目的分析临床腹部手术切口愈合不良的较好处理方法。方法将我科自1998年11月～2005年11月期间腹部手术切口出现愈合不良15例采用切口清创后上糜蛋白酶针再进行切口固定方法,设为试验组;将同期手术后切口愈合不良15例采用双氧水处理切口后用凡士林纱布条或利凡诺纱条引流,设为对照组。结果两组治疗效果相同,全部治愈,但试验组治疗时间为3～5天,对照组治疗时间10～20天,两组治疗时间相差7～15天,有明显差异(P<0.01)。试验组治疗过程只需一次清创后固定,不需反复换药,对照组需要每天或隔日换药,病人较痛苦,切口如较大需麻醉下清创缝合处理。结论试验组处理手术切口愈合不良的方法显得更简单,快捷,减轻病人痛苦和经济负担,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the better methods for treating cureless incision in abdomen.MethodsFrom November 1998 to November 2005, a total of 15 patients with careless incision in abdomen weretreated by using chymotrypsin and fastening after cleaned incision,this is trial group.At the same time,15 patients with cureless incision in abdomen were treated by cleaning incision with hydrogen peroxidesolution and draining by Vaseline gauzes,this is contrastive group.Results The effects in two groupswere identical, all recovered , but the treating time in trial group was 3～5 days, in contrastive groupwas 10～20 days, had obvious difference(P<0.01), in trial group the treating process was only onecleaning and fastening, need not handle again and again, in contrastive group we must handle incisioneveryday,incision must be cleaned and sutured in anesthesia.Conclusions The methods of trial group in handling cureless incision are simple, fast ,it can lightenpatients’pain and economic burden, it is worthwhile to apply and popularize.更多还原
