【摘要】 目的探讨宫腔填塞纱条用于产后出血的止血效果及护理。方法对2003年10月至2005年11月在产科住院分娩产后出血137例,常规止血无效行宫腔填塞的46例作回顾性分析,并与未行宫腔填塞纱条组进行对照分析。结果观察组子宫切除率0.73%,对照组子宫切除率7.48%(P<0.05),平均住院天数比较(P>0.05),差异无显著性意义。结论宫腔填塞纱条是治疗产后出血的有效措施,配合有效的护理,能使患者早日康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective to observe the effect of uterine pacring to prevend post-partum hemorrhage and study how to nurse the uterine packing on post-parttum hemorroage Methods There are 137 patients with post-partum hemorrhage taking usual method from October 2003 to November 2005,and 46 is ineffecitive The clinaical materials of 46 patients with uterine packing on post-partum hemorrhage were retrospetively in Vestigated,and give a contrast analynise between pack groups and unpacking groups.Results The rate of cutting uterine on pack groups is 0.73%,and the rate on unpack groups is 7.48%(P<0.05).Compare the average clinaial days (P>0.05),There isn’ t notable meaning difference.Conclusions uterine packing is a useful method for post-partum hemorrhage. it can control the volume of bleeding and reduce the rate of hysterectomy The patients can recuperate their health earily if taking effective nursing.更多还原
