【摘要】 目的评价高频超声对膝关节前交叉韧带损伤的诊断价值。方法采用6.4～10.3MHz高频宽带线阵探头,对24例临床拟诊前交叉韧带损伤患者术前行超声检查,并与关节镜手术结果做对照。结果超声诊断符合有20例,假阴性3例,假阳性1例。诊断准确率为83.3%。结论高频超声能够较准确对膝前交叉韧带损伤进行诊断,具有一定的临床诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the validity of high resolution sonography in diagnosis of trauma of the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee.Methods twenty-four patients clinically suspected to have injury of the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee were examined by 6.4-10.3MHz linear probe. The results were compared with those of arthroscopy. Results Ultrasonographically,20 cases were accurately diagnosed,3 cases were false-negative and 1 cases was false-positive. The total diagnostic rate was 83.3%.ConclusionHigh resolution sonography is useful in diagnosis trauma of the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee.更多还原
