不孕症妇女衣原体和支原体感染及其药敏分析
An analysis of Detections and Drug susceptibility of Chlamydia Trachomatis and Mycoplasma in Infertile Women
【摘要】 目的了解不孕症患者沙眼衣原体(CT)、解脲支原体(UU)和人型支原体(MH)感染状况及支原体药物敏感性。方法对3856例不孕症患者(不孕组)进行CT、UU和MH检测,CT采用爱尔兰ELISA检测抗原,支原体培养和药敏试验采用法国梅里埃公司提供的支原体培养、鉴定、药物一体化试剂盒。结果⑴不孕组衣原体和支原体总感染率为66.83%,显著高于已孕组的15.17(%P﹤0.001);不孕组CT和UU感染率分别为12.19%和44.84%,显著高于已孕组的3.37%和8.99%(P﹤0.001)。⑵UU、MH、UU+MH对前三位敏感的抗生素分别是交沙霉素、强力霉素、阿齐霉素,耐药率最高的前三位抗生素分别是氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、四环素。结论对不孕症患者进行衣原体和支原体检测及药敏试验,可以针对性地进行抗感染治疗,是解除衣原体和支原体感染所致不孕症患者的痛苦,恢复其正常生育功能的有效措施。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the infection of Chlamydia trachomatis(CT) and Mycoplasma from cervical secretions of infertile women and the susceptibility of Mycoplasma to antimicrobial agents. Methods 3856 specimens of infertile women(infertile group) were tested, Clearview was used for detection of CT, BioMerieux sa.for isolation and susceptibility testing of Mycoplasma. Results ⑴The total infection rate of Chlamydia trachomatis in infertile group was higher significantly than in pregnant grou(p66.83% vs. 15. 17%,respectively,P﹤0.001);The infection rate of CT and UU in infertile group were 12.19% and 44.84% respectively, higher than those(3.37%,8.99%) in pregnant grou(pP﹤0.001).⑵UU,MH and UU+MH were suscep- tible to josamycin,doxycydine and Azithromycin, and had lower sensitive to ofloxacin,ciprofloxacin and tetracyline. Conclusion Test and resistant analysis of CT and Mycoplasma from cervical secretions of infertile women may offer a dependable base for clinical diagnosis and treatment efficiently.
