【摘要】 目的观察床旁单泵驱动静-静脉血液滤过救治ICU病房多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)的疗效。方法ICU病房MODS患者26例,综合治疗基础上行床旁连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过(CVVH)治疗,血液滤过前及后检测电解质、肾功、心率、血氧饱和度、血压。结果治疗后肾功改善,高钾纠正,心血管功能稳定,较治疗前有显著性差异,P<0.05。结论床旁CVVH救治MODS血流动力学稳定、疗效确切、经济简便、床边实施,利于更好更快地救治ICU病房MODS,可推广至全科。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of bedside continuous veno-venous hemofiltration(CVVH)on hemodynamicsin patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS).Methods 26 patients with MODS were selected andtreated with bedside CVVH. and clinical objects were observed before and after the treatment eg heart rate ,bloodpressure,renal,electrolyte and arterial blood oxygen saturation(SPO2) et.Results Renal failure,Heart failureand acidosis was improved in all the patients; SPO2 was significantly increased (P<0.05).Conclusion Simplebedside CVVH can provide a safe and effective method for the MODS patients in ecergency ICU and primary hospital更多还原
