【摘要】 目的总结导管射频消融治疗快速房性心律失常的护理。方法通过对82例行射频消融术患者的术前心理护理、宣教,术中、术后严密观察生命体征及精心护理。结果1例术中经多种方法都不能诱发心动过速而中断手术外,其它81例手术得以顺利进行,并减少了术后并发症。结论术前、术中、术后护理措施的落实是确保射频消融术获得成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the nursing of atrial tachyarrhythmia after radiofrequency current catheter ablation(RCCA) .Methods To carry out mental nursing and propaganda and education before RCCA ,and to accurate observe the vital sign and nurse the patients in the duration of RCCA and after RCCA .Result 81 cases proceed the RCCA smoothly except 1 case who could not induce tachyrhythmia and could not proceed the operation , the postoperative complications were signifi- cantly reduced .Conclusion To implement the nursing intervention in the course of operation was the assurance of proceeding the RCCA smoothly.更多还原
