【摘要】 目的探讨合并肾功能不全的双侧上尿路结石的最佳治疗措施。方法回顾性分析自1998年以来21例合并慢性肾功能不全的双侧上尿路结石患者手术资料。结果21例患者术后均获得治愈,19例术后血肌酐恢复正常,2例稳定代偿期(血肌酐值148～215umol/l)。结论合并肾功能不全的双侧上尿路结石患者,只要手术方式恰当,手术时机佳,愈后好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the treatment principle of bilateral upper urinary tract stone with renalfailure. Methods A retrospective study was made on 21 cases with bilateral upper urinary tract stone with renalfailure Results Twenty-one cases were cured after operation.19cases got normal serum Cr levels and 2 casesgot reduced serum Cr of compensation (148～215umol/L).
