鼻内窥镜下切割吸引器腺样体切除术

【摘要】 目的探讨鼻内镜下运用切割吸引器切除肥大腺样体的疗效及与传统腺样刮除术相比之优点。方法对18例腺样体肥大之患者行经口插管全麻下鼻内镜下切割吸引器腺样体切除术。结果18例全部治愈,总有效率100%,术中平均出血约50ml,无任何并发症发生。结论鼻内镜下切割吸引器腺样体切除术视野清晰,明视下切除,范围精确,切除彻底,不易发生并发症,症状清除、改善更加明显,值得大力推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of endoscopic adenoidectomy and compare its advantages with traditional procedure.Method Eighteen patients with adenoid vegetation treated with endoscopic adenoidec- tomy with general anaesthesia through mouth.Endoscopic adenoidectomy with.Result All the 18 patients was cured well, the effective rate was 100%.The average bleeding quantity was 50ml, and no complication was found .Conclusion Compated with traditional one, the view of this new procedure was the clear, the resection was located precisely, and the adenoid was removed completely with low-accident complication rate.
