【摘要】 目的:观察改良式肌锥内羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术的临床效果。方法:眼内容物剜出术后,剪断外直肌和视神经,一期植入羟基磷灰石义眼座于肌锥内。结果:追踪观察6mo,所有义眼矫正的外形满意,活动度良好,无1例义眼暴露。结论:改良式肌锥内羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术并发症少,疗效满意,是一种理想的眼眶美容术。更多还原

【Abstract】 · AIM: To observe the clinical effect of improved orbital implantation with hydroxyapatite spheres in the muscular pyramid. · METHODS: After evisceration, the abducens oculi muscle and the optic nerve were cut, and the hydroxyapatite sphere was implanted primarily in the muscular pyramid. · RESULTS: The cosmetic appearance and the mobility of the hydroxyapatite sphere were excellent. None of the hydroxyapatite spheres were exposed. Every case was followed up for 6mo. · CONCLUSION: The improved orbital implantation with hydroxyapatite spheres in the muscular pyramid is an effective method with less complication and satisfactory cosmetic effect. ·更多还原
