【摘要】 目的:统计报告汉中地区眼外伤患者的流行病学状况及临床特点。方法:选择3a来资料完整的眼外伤住院患者172例进行回顾性分析。结果:汉中地区眼外伤以钝挫伤和穿通伤为主,分别占48.3%和37.2%。男性明显多于女性。年龄以31～40岁发病率最高(20.9%),50岁以前均呈现比较高的发病率。职业以农民最高,其次为学生和工人。治疗效果以单纯前房积血最好,爆炸伤和暴力伤治疗效果最差。脱盲率45.4%,最终致盲率34.3%。结论:眼外伤仍是致盲的最主要原因之一。加强青中年的劳动安全防护和教育,加强少年儿童的安全教育及鞭炮等爆炸物的管理对预防和减少眼外伤的发生是非常重要的。早期治疗,早期手术是降低致盲率的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To analyze the epidemiology and clinical characteristics of ocular trauma in Hanzhong area, Shaanxi Province, China. METHODS: A retrospective study of cases with ocular injury from January 2003 to November 2005 was done. Cases were analyzed with respect to morbidity, gender difference, occupation, nature of injury, time to and type of ophthalmic treatment and visual outcomes. RESULTS: A total of 172 patients(male 83.1%,female 16.9%)in our hospital was analyzed. The male to female ratio was 5:1. Approximately one fifth of the injuries occurred in people between 31 and 40 years old. The most common type of injury was blunt and penetrating,accounting for 48.3% and 37.2%, respectively. Ocular trauma was significantly more frequent among farmers, when compared with other occupational groups. Ocular trauma with only hyphema was less severe and had better final visual acuity than others. Visual outcomes were worst for injury in explosion and violence. The incidence of blinding trauma was 34.3%, and the rate of eyes free of blindness was 45.4% in this study. CONCLUSION: Ocular trauma is still one of the leading causes of blindness. Many of the eye injuries were likely preventable. Training, safety strategies and precautions are needed to reduce the risk of eye injury for employees. Health education and strict managements of fireworks should be applied both at home and school for children. For optimal visual outcomes and low rate of blindness, early care and proper surgical treatment at a specialty eye care facility are important.更多还原
