【摘要】 目的:观察手术治疗晚期青光眼的临床效果。方法:56例57眼采用复合式小梁切除术,白内障囊外摘除联合前房角分离术,睫状体冷冻术,青光眼白内障联合术等综合性手术方法。结果:术后28眼视力提高(49%)无变化25眼(44%),视力下降4眼(7%)。术后6mo复查视野有改善18眼(69%)。眼压:术前平均眼压49.76mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa),术后平均观察18mo,眼压≤21mmHg82%,对照组93%。眼部疼痛、流泪等症状消失。结论:手术治疗晚期青光眼,对于挽救患者视力,防止视野的进行性损害,减轻或消除患者的痛苦,具有积极的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 ATM:To study the effect of surgery in the treatment of late-stage glaucoma. · METHODS:Different surgeries including trabeculetomy with adjunctive mitomycinc, cataract extraction with goniopuncture, cyclocryotherapy, catract extiaction combined with trabeculetomy ect were applied in 56 patients(57 eyes) with late-stage glaucoma. · RESULTS: Visual acuity was increased in 28 eyes(49%), no change in 25 eyes (44%), and decreased in 4 eyes (7%) after the operations. Visual field improved in 18 eyes (69%) 6mo after the operation. Preoperatively, the mean IOP was 49.76mmHg (lmmHg=0.133kPa) After the mean 18mo follow-up period, the mean postoperative IOP was belowed to 21 mmHg in 82% patients, which was 93% in the control group. All the sympotoms was relieved after the operation. · CONCLUSION: It’s important to perform the surgery to rescue visual acuityy, visual field, and alleviate suffering of patients with late-stage glaucoma.更多还原
