【Abstract】 The educational fields in China still have some difficulties in meeting the challenges from all other fields,among which system vacancy is the crucial factor.The lack of system guarantee will cause great costs in educational reformation.In order to reduce the costs and strengthen the competitive power,we should focus on system innovation and make all-wave adjustment.Thus education in China will follow the direction of obeying the principles and rules of WTO,or we will have to pay great system costs for the educational innovation.更多还原
