【摘要】 [目的]防止预防免疫接种异常反应的发生,为出入境人员提供优质的旅行保健服务。[方法]对发生在2005年9月6日的1起疑似免疫接种异常反应案例进行分析,并结合保健中心预防接种工作的特点,提出防治对策。[结果]预防接种异常反应的处理是一项政策性、技术性很强的工作,一定要谨慎处理。既不能把接种疫苗时期的偶合病症误诊为异常反应而延误对原发病的诊断和治疗；又不能把属于疫苗接种后异常反应排除。保健中心可以从8个方面加强对免疫接种异常反应的预防。[结论]保健中心做好上述日常工作。并不断总结经验,提高接种水平,就能大大减少由人为因素所造成的疫苗接种异常反应或预防接种医疗事故。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To prevent the adverse reaction of immune vaccination in order to provide better travel health care service for the entry -exit people.Method Through the analysis on a suspected case of adverse reaction of immune vaccination occurred on 6 Sep.2005,the rele- vant prevention strategies were put forward’.Result The work of dealing with the adverse reaction of immune vaccination should be done care- ful,as it is complex on polity and technology.Neither are the symptoms occurred by coincidence misdiagnosed as adverse reaction of immune vac- cination because it will delay to treat the actual disease,the adverse reaction of immune vaccination should be excluded.The International Travel Healthcare Center can strengthen preventive ability from eight aspects for adverse reaction d immune vaccination.Conchusion The International Travel Health care Center can reduce significantly the human-made adverse reaction d immune vaccination and medical event on immune vacci- nation by doing the above routine work careful and improving the technology of immune vaccination.更多还原
