【摘要】 〔目的〕在提高入境人员中梅毒患者检出率的同时,科学地处置入境人员中的梅毒患者。〔方法〕通过对1例入境外籍梅毒患者的检验及处置,分析现行口岸出入境人员梅毒监管工作中存在的主要问题。〔结果〕现行口岸出入境人员梅毒监管工作中存在2方面的问题:(1)对入境人员单一使用非梅毒螺旋体抗原试验,易造成梅毒阳性漏检;(2)对梅毒患者不科学地分期,一律拒绝入境,不利于经济的发展。〔结论〕对入境人员的梅毒血清学试验应同时进行非梅毒螺旋体抗原试验和梅毒螺旋体抗原试验,同时结合入境人员的体征对该梅毒血清学试验做出科学的判断;入境人员中的梅毒患者可根据传染期和非传染期区别处置。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To raise the rate of tracking down the acquired syphilis patient among the entry-personnel ,and to improve the diagnosis and treatment to the acquired syphilis in entry-personnel. Method To summarize the deficiency when we took care of the acquired syphilis in entry-personnel through the examination of an inbound foreign personnel’s syphilis.And also,some problems and the solutions were discussed to avoid inappropriate classification of syphilis.
