重型龙门式混联机床配重方法研究
Study on Counterweight Approache of Heavy Portal-type Hybrid Machine Tool
【摘要】 并联机床与传统串联机床在结构和运动机理上不同,无法完全沿用传统机床的设计方法。龙门式混联机床的主运动机构是并联机构,由于运动部件质量较大,必须选用合适的配重来平衡,以减小电机的负荷。本文先用牛顿—欧拉法建立重型龙门铣床XNZH2430的动力学模型;然后针对三种不同的配重方式,通过Matlab仿真计算得到电机的最大驱动力,经过对比得出各种配重方式的优缺点;最后选取合理的配重加载方式和配重质量。
【Abstract】 Many design methods of traditional serial machine tools can not be applied to parallel kinematic machine (PKM) tools because of the differences in construct and kinematics between PKM tools and serial machine tools. Newton-Euler approach is used to derive the rigid-body dynamic model of the hybrid machine tool XNZD2430. Counterweight is necessary for the model, as it can reduce the maximal driving forces of the actuators by Matlab. Three kinds of design approaches about counterweight are discussed, the optimal counterweight mass and load balancing method are obtained.
