基于圆弧的麻花钻螺旋槽径向截形
Flute Radial Cross Section of Twist Drill Based on Arc
【摘要】 建立了普通麻花钻前刀面端截面曲线和用圆弧代替端截面曲线的参数方程;分别改变钻头螺旋角、钻尖半角、钻芯半厚,利用软件MATLAB计算出用圆弧代替前刀面端截面曲线的相对误差;建立了三圆弧螺旋槽径向截形的数学模型。
【Abstract】 The parameter equations of the end section curve for front blade of standard twist drills and the equations in which the arc is used instead of the end section curve have been established. With the helix angle of the drill, the semi-point angle, and the half of the web thickness changed separately, the relative error of the arc instead of the end section curve of front blade has been calculated by using the soft MATLAB. The mathematical model of the flute radial cross section with three pieces of arcs has been established.
