PCD刀具后刀面刃磨质量对切削表面质量及刀具寿命影响的试验研究
Experiment and Study on Influence of Flank Surface Quality of PCD Cutting Tool on Machined Surface Quality and Cutting Tool Life
【摘要】 在分析PCD刀具切削模型的基础上进行了切削试验。通过对切削试验结果的分析,认为PCD刀具后刀面刃磨质量直接影响切削表面质量,而对PCD刀具寿命的影响则相对较小。
【Abstract】 The cutting model of PCD cutting tool was analyzed and some experiments were done. By analyzing the results of the experiments, it is considered that flank surface quality of PCD cutting tool directly influences machined surface quality, but has few effects on cutting tool’s life.
