高速干切削铁基粉末冶金零件时细晶粒硬质合金刀具的切削性能研究

【摘要】 用细晶粒硬质合金刀具进行了铁基粉末冶金零件的高速干切削试验。研究了切削参数与刀具耐用度以及加工表面粗糙度的关系,给出了刀具的主要磨损形态,通过能谱分析研究了刀具的磨损机理。结果表明:所选用细晶粒硬质合金刀具具有较高的刀具耐用度和较好的加工表面粗糙度,适合于铁基粉末冶金的加工;细晶粒硬质合金的主要磨损形态是前刀面的月牙洼磨损;主要磨损机理是扩散磨损、粘结磨损。

【Abstract】 The dry and high-speed cutting experiments are carried out to study the cutting performance of turning the Fe-based PM parts by using the fine grain cemented carbide inserts. The relationships between cutting speed, feed rate, cutting depth and cutting tool life and the surface roughness are established, the main wear mechanism occurred during the cutting process is presented, the wear mechanism of the cutter is studied based on energy spectrum analysis. Several conclusions can be drawn from our researches: the machining performance of the ceramic cutting tools is good, and it is the suitable cutting tool of machining the PM parts, the dominant wear patterns of the cutters is the crater wear of the rake face, the dominant wear mechanism of the cutters are the adhesion wear and diffusion wear.
