涂层方法对薄膜表面形貌的影响

【摘要】 本文通过对各类刀具涂层企业的工业化生产过程中的实际涂层刀具随机取样,采用日本电子JSM-5900扫描电子显微镜方法,观察了不同的薄膜表面形貌状况,并分析了其产生的原因。

【Abstract】 Sampling coating tools from the industrial productions in corporations of coating tools and using the scan electron microscope of the JSM-5900, the different surface patterns of the films are observed and the causes are analyzed.
