基于嵌入式图像处理系统的零件检测研究
Study on Part Detection Based on Embed Image Processing System
【摘要】 介绍了嵌入式图像处理系统用于零件表面缺陷检测的原理。以汽车发动机连杆破口缺陷检测为例,讨论了所研制的检测设备的系统设计、参照物标定法和测量流程。显现了嵌入式图像处理系统方案较之于传统基于PC的图像处理方案的优点。
【Abstract】 The detection theory of parts surface disfigurement based on the embed image processing system is introduced. The system design, the method of calibration with reference film and the detection processing according to the detection project of engine rod’s surface disfigurement are discussed. The flexibilities of embed image processing system on product line are shown, comparing with traditional PC based solution of image processing.
