和田绿洲水土资源开发战略构想

【摘要】 在分析和田绿洲水土资源现状的基础上,针对绿洲水土资源开发中存在的问题,提出新的构想,试图克服绿洲发展障碍,实现水土资源合理利用,实现人与自然和谐共处,绿洲经济可持续发展。

【Abstract】 On the basis of analyzingHotan Oasis water-land resources status quo,scheme for the future exploitation was put forward to remove the obstacles and make water-land resources development reasonablyand economy of the oasis sustainably.
