【Abstract】 Urban public safety has been an impor- tant subject of study in urban planning study. There- fore urban public safety planning should carried out from the point of view of comprehensive disas- ter prevention and reduction so as to realize the goal of sharing resources and facilities, eliminating hidden troubles, reducing risks, effectively prevent- ing and reducing disasters and ensuring the safety of the life and property of the residents.
