【Abstract】 Presently there exist with the manage- ment of the implementation of urban greenland plan- ning such problems as untimely preparation of the detailed planning for the regional and special Greenland, unclear distinction of duties and respon- sibilities between the department in charge of ap- proval and the one in charge of construction for urban Greenland. Therefore it is necessary to in- tensify efforts in strengthening the special Greenland detailed planning, making clear the gov- ernmental obligations, normalizing the approval ad- ministration limits of the auxiliary architecture and being strict with the urban greenland supervision.更多还原
