中国东北地区农业水资源利用水平灰色聚类评价

【摘要】 农业水资源可持续利用水平(Sustainable Utilization Ability of Agricultural Water Resources)灰色聚类法是评价SUAAWR地域分异规律及其主导因素的适用方法。SUAAWR评价是水资源合理配置的必要前期工作。基于评价区概况分析与已有指标体系构建方法,建立指标体系,并采用三角白化权函数灰色聚类评价法,对评价区SUAAWR进行定量评价,结果表明,SUAAWR表现为由东北向西南递减的分布格局。水资源与水土配置的时空分异、水资源涵养能力的地域差异、水资源利用效益的地域差别是评价SUAAWR地域分异的主导因素。

【Abstract】 Northwest China covers Liaoning,Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces,its eastern,northern and western sides are surrounded by mountains,its southern side borders on sea,and its plain area occupies 1/3 of the total in China.From the east to the west,the humid climate shifts to semi-humid and semiarid climate;the warm-temperate zone,moderate-temperate zone and cold-temperate zone are distributed from the south to the north,and the winter-summer temperature difference is high.In northeast China,the annual volumes of precipitation and water resources are 5.863 1×1011 m3 and 1.853 2×1011 m3 respectively.Northeast China is in shortage of agricultural water resources due to the uneven distribution,irrational redistribution and competition of water resources among various industries,domestic consumption and ecological environment.Assessment on sustainable utilization capability of agricultural water resources could be one of the important bases in redistributing water resources.Grey clustering evaluation is applicable in researching the spatial variation patterns of sustainable utilization capability of agricultural water resources and its dominant factors.After analyzing the general situation of agricultural water resources in northeast China,in this paper the indexes reflecting the sustainable utilization of agricultural water resources are put forward.The result shows that the sustainable utilization capability of agricultural water resources decreases from the northeast to the southwest in northeast China.It is considered that the dominant factors affecting the spatial variation of the sustainable utilization capability of agricultural water resources are the spatiotemporal variation of the redistribution of water resources and the distribution of land resources, spatial difference of the capability of water resources conservation,and spatial difference of utilization benefits of water resources.
