【摘要】 本文在三类知识价值链企业模型的基础上,对知识价值链企业、知识工作者和知识过程之间的关系进行了深入研究,并通过假设检验得到了如下的结论:在三类知识价值链企业里,支持型知识价值链企业的知识工作者的工作偏重于知识获取,并行型知识价值链企业的知识工作者的工作偏重于知识创新,独立型知识价值链企业的知识工作者的工作偏重于知识共享,而这三类企业的知识工作者在知识应用上没有显著性差别。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of the three knowledge value chain(KVC) enterprises model,this paper was devoted to find the relations of the knowledge value chain enterprise,the knowledge worker,and the knowledge process.We got the following results: in the support knowledge value chain enterprise knowledge workers prefer in the knowledge gain.In the parallel knowledge value chain enterprise knowledge workers prefer in the knowledge innovation.And in the independent knowledge value chain enterprise knowledge workers prefer in the knowledge sharing.At the same time in the three kinds of knowledge value chain enterprise knowledge workers are not remarkable different in knowledge application.更多还原
