【Abstract】 As RMB appreciation extends the favorable balance of trade in Chinese mainland, it will inevitably give rise to Taiwan’s economic growth;but on the other hand, this positive effect will soon be offset as Taiwan’s commodities are to face an even intensified competition under the circumstances that Chinese mainland and other countries are expanding their exports. Therefore a managed floating exchange rate system should be set up to keep the RMB exchange rate from abrupt rises and falls, which will also favor a stable growth for the economy in Taiwan.更多还原
