浙江省突发公共卫生事件应对与思考

【摘要】 2005年4月,全国卫生应急工作会议在我省杭州召开,卫生部王陇德副部长在会议上指出:经过近年来的努力,我国突发公共卫生事件应急机制初步建立,及时有效地对公共卫生事件进行了处置,但在突发公共卫生事件时有发生的今天,我国卫生应急工作仍存在“六个不足”一信息不够灵敏、反应不够迅速、处置不够合理、体系不够完善、队伍不够健全、基础不够扎实。面对日益严峻的突发公共卫生事件,如何应对和改进现状,日益成为我们一项重要的工作内容,本文就我省突发公共卫生事件应对和存在的一些问题,提出思考,和大家共同探讨,并希望得到同道们指正。更多还原

【Abstract】 In April 2005,a national conference about Health Emergency was held in Hangzhou,Zhejiang province.Wang Longde,deputy director of Minister of Health,presented in the conference: since the efforts of recent years,China had set up primary public health emergency handling system,and had been working efficiently.But nowadays attacks might not be immediate but sudden,and our health emergency handling system still had six weak points,which,were late information, slow response,unreasonable handling,unperfect system,few staffs and weak medical basis.Therefore,how to face and try to change the situation became more and more important in our emergent work in public healthl.This article is realtive to these issues in Zhejiang province.We have presented some thoughts and hope to share and receive correction from health fellows.更多还原
