聚合物挤出过程中的数值模拟技术

【摘要】 介绍了计算流体力学中常用的数值计算方法,并从螺杆挤出过程、口模的设计以及挤出胀大等方面综述了数值模拟技术在聚合物挤出过程中的应用,最后针对聚合物挤出过程数值模拟发展的方向作了简要论述。

【Abstract】 The numerical calculation techniques in CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) were summarized.Recent advances in numerical simulations of polymer extrusion processes,including screw extruding procedure,extrusion die design and extrudate swell,were reviewed in details.Future developments of the numerical simulation were also discussed accordingly.
