交联聚合物微粒复合COPU/PS-IPNs的研究
Studies on the Polyurethane/Polystyrene IPNs with Crosslinking Polymer Microbeads
【摘要】 为研究交联聚合物微粒(CPM B)在蓖麻油聚氨酯(COPU)/聚苯乙烯(PS)互穿网络聚合物(IPN s)中的增强和阻尼作用,将CPM B溶胀在蓖麻油中,与过量甲苯二异氰酸酯反应生成预聚体,再通过同步互穿网络聚合,制备了CPM B复合COPU/PS-IPN s。研究发现,添加少量的CPM B使COPU/PS-IPN s的拉伸强度有较大提高。DM A测试表明,COPU/PS-IPN s只存在一个窄的阻尼峰,而加入不同的CPM B,可以使COPU/PS-IPN s材料在不同温域出现阻尼峰,从而加宽阻尼温域。TGA揭示,不同CPM B改性COPU/PS-IPN s的开始和30%的热分解温度分别比不加CPM B的增加了2℃~5℃和4℃~7℃。磨损研究结果显示,随COPU/PS-IPN s中PU组分的增加,摩擦系数增加,磨损量减少;随CPM B的增加,摩擦系数和磨损量都增加。
【Abstract】 The polyurethane/polystyrene(PU/PS) interpenetrating polymer networks(IPNs) material compounded with crosslinking polymer microbeads(CPMB) was prepared by simultaneous interpenetrating polymerization to study their strengthen and damping performances.The mechanical test results show that adding small amount of organic CPMB can significantly improve the tensile strength of the composite.The DMA exhibited PU/PS-IPNs had narrow damping temperature range for the excellent compatibility,but the damping curves of PU/PS-IPNs with CPMB revealed two damping crests,which made damping temperature range wide.The thermal weight loss analysis indicated the beginning and 30% thermal weight loss temperature of the PU/PS-IPNs with CMPB heightened 2 ℃~5 ℃ and 4 ℃~7 ℃ respectively than that of without CMPB.It is also found that the friction coefficient of PU/PS-IPNs increases with the increasing content of PU,however,the wear debris decrease;the friction coefficient and the wear debris of PU/PS-IPNs with CPMB rise with the increasing CPMB content.
