尼龙11/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的结晶行为
Crystallization Behavior of Nylon 11/Montmorillonite Nanocomposites
【摘要】 用广角X射线衍射仪(W AXD)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、偏光显微镜等手段研究了尼龙11/蒙脱土(PA 11/m on t)纳米复合材料的结晶行为,结果表明,蒙脱土起到成核剂的作用,它的加入没有改变PA 11的晶型,但使PA 11的结晶温度升高,结晶速率增加,结晶活化能降低,使PA 11更易于结晶。A vra-m i方程可较好地描述PA 11及其纳米复合材料的等温结晶行为。
【Abstract】 The crystallization behavior nylon11/montmorillonite nanocomposites has been studied by means of WADX,DSC,micropolariscope.The results show that nanoparticles of montmorillonite dispersed in nylon11 matrix play the role of nucleating agent.The presence of montmorillonite does not change the crystalline morphology of nylon11,but enhanced crystallization rate,increases the crystallization temperature and decreases the crystallization activation energy,this leads to crystal easily for nylon11.The Avramie equation can describe well the isothermal crystallization behavior of nylon11 and nylon11/ montmorillonite nanocomposites.
