高聚物负载双金属催化剂催化二氧化碳-环氧丙烷-己内酯的三元共聚反应
Terpolymerization of Carbon Dioxide,Propylene Oxide and ε-Caprolactone by Polymer-Supported Bimetallic Catalysts
【摘要】 以高聚物负载型双金属阴离子配位化合物PBM为催化剂,合成了二氧化碳-环氧丙烷-己内酯三元共聚物(PPCL)。用FT-IR1、H-NM R、13C-NM R、DSC和W AXD等对PPCL进行了表征,并考察了反应单体比例对共聚物性能的影响。结果表明,ε-己内酯单元的引入,有效地提高了聚合物的特性黏数和玻璃化转变温度。随着ε-己内酯单元摩尔分数的增加,共聚物的体外降解速度加快。
【Abstract】 An aliphatic polycarbonates,poly[(propylene oxide)-(carbon dioxide)-(ε-caprolactone)],was synthesized using a polymer supported bimetallic as a catalyst.The terpolymers prepared were characterized by FT-IR,NMR,DSC and WAXD measurements.The influence of PO∶CL feed molar ratio on the terpolymerization was investigated.The results show that ε-caprolactone is inserted into the backbone of poly[(propylene oxide)-(carbon dioxide)] successfully.The viscosity and the glass transition temperature of the copolymers are much higher than polypropylene oxide.ε-caprolactone offers an ester structure unit that gives the terpolymers remarkable degradabilities.The degradation rate of the backbone increases with the ε-CL content in the terpolymers.
