均分散无皂纳米胶乳粒子的制备与稳定
PREPARATION AND STABILIZATION OF MONODISPERSE EMULSIFER-FREE NANOPARTICLE LATEX
【摘要】 采用溶剂热法,在密闭容器内,以丙酮-水为分散介质,过硫酸钾为引发剂引发甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MM A)和苯乙烯(S t)共聚,制得了粒径约为31nm的均分散无皂纳米胶乳粒子。探讨了丙酮、引发剂用量、单体比和温度对粒子粒径、均分散性和乳液稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,随着丙酮的增加和MM A比例的升高,粒径减小,均分散性下降;随着温度的升高和引发剂浓度的增大,粒径先减小后增大,均分散性先下降后升高。
【Abstract】 Monodisperse emulsifier-free poly(styrene-methylmethacrylate)(P(St-MMA)) copolymer nanoparticles of average particle diameters about 31 nm were synthesized in acetone-water medium using potassium persulfate(KPS) as initiator via solvothermal method.The effects of amount of acetone,MMA/St proportion,the concentration of KPS and temperature on the average particle size and the monodispersity as well as the electrolyte-resistance stability of latex were investigated.The results indicate that the average particle size and monodispersity decrease with the addition of acetone or increasing of volume proportion of MMA;with increasing the temperature and the concentration of KPS,the average particle size and monodispersity decrease early then increase.
