电子束引发双功能基阳离子交换膜的制备
STUDY ON THE PREPARATION OF BIFUNCTIONAL CATION-EXCHANGE MEMBRANES INDUCED BY ELECTRON BEAM RADIATION METHOD
【摘要】 利用电子束引发预辐射接枝技术,在高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)上接枝丙烯酸(AA)和对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS),制备一种含羧酸基团和磺酸基团的双功能基阳离子交换膜,详细研究了反应温度、单体总浓度、pH值变化及溶剂类型对接枝率的影响规律,明确了实验条件与接枝率的对应关系。接枝膜的吸水性随接枝率的增加而增强。X射线衍射测试表明,接枝膜结晶度随接枝率的升高而降低。
【Abstract】 A study was made on the preparation of the cation-exchange membranes including sulfonate and carboxylic acid groups by pre-irradiation grafting of acrylic acid(AA) and sodium styrene sulfonate(SSS) onto high-density polyethylene(HDPE).The grafting yield was found to be strongly dependent on the synthesis conditions such as monomers total concentration,pH,grafting temperature and type of solvent.An easy control over the grafting yield could be achieved by proper selection of reaction conditions.Water absorbance of grafted membranes increases with the increasing of grafting yield.X-ray test found that the grafted membranes show a decrease in crystallinity depending on the grafting yield.
