基于复合晶体的全固态高功率1064NM激光器的实验研究
Experimental Research of an All-solid-state High Power 1064 nm Composite Nd:YAG Laser
【摘要】 研究了最大输出功率超过500 W的全固态连续高功率1 064 NM激光器。为了改善热效应,选用了扩散键合方法制成的复合ND:YAG,有效地降低了高功率激光器中的激光晶体热透镜问题。在实验中,1 064 NM输出镜的透过率分别为T=10%、30%、35%和40%,得到了512 W 1 064 NM输出,光-光转换效率达到32%。
【Abstract】 The research on an all-solid-state high power laser capable of generating CW power at 1 064 nm that is greater than 500 W is reported.To facilitate thermal management,undoped YAG end caps are diffusion bonded to the central Nd:YAG,and the thermal focal problem is weakened.In the experiment,the transmission rate of the output mirror of (10%,30%,35%,40%) are chosen respectively,and the maximum(512 W) output power at1 064 nm with 32% optical-optical conversion efficiency is achieved.
