【摘要】 目的:探讨病案利用与医学科研产出的关系。方法:统计我院医务人员2002~2004年利用病案资料用于医学科研情况。结果:医务人员借阅病案用于科研用途比例为55.98%,其中医师借用病案比例及其科研产出比例明显高于护理和管理人员。结论:病案利用与科研产出关系密切,完善的病案管理可更好地为医学科研服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the relationship between medical record usage and medical research output.Methods: The medical records utilized for medical research by the medical personnel were enrolled in our hospital from 2002 to 2004.Results: The medical records were borrowed for scientific research in 55.9%.The utility of the medical records and the output of scientific research were higher in doctors than those in nurses and managers.Conclusion: There is a close relationship between the medical record use and medical research output.Perfect management of the medical record is able to provide the better service for the medical study.更多还原
