【摘要】 目的测定冯了性风湿跌打药酒中丁公藤的东莨菪内酯含量。方法采用薄层色谱扫描法,以环己烷-三氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(6∶10∶7∶1.2)为展开剂,激发波长为365 nm。结果薄层色谱扫描法该方法的线性范围为0.008~0.052μg,加样平均回收率为100.36%,RSD=2.7%(n=5)。结论方法可行,重复性好,无须进行样品处理,操作简单,方便,利于进行快速、准确的检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis the content of scopoletin in Fengliaoxingfengshidieda wine. Methods Scopoletin in the wine was detected by thin-layer chromatography using cyclohexane-chloroform-ethyl acetate-formic acid(6∶10∶7∶1.2)as eluents.Results The assay was linear over the range of 0.008～0.052 μg of scopletin.The average recovery and relative standard deviation were 100.36% and 2.7%(n=5),respectively.Conclusion The method is reliable,rapid,sensitive and reproducible for scopoletin detection.更多还原
