【摘要】 目的建立接骨灵巴布膏的质量标准。方法采用薄层层析对制剂中蒲公英、羌活进行鉴别,采用气相色谱法对制剂中樟脑、冰片、水杨酸甲酯进行鉴别,采用高效液相法测定制剂中柚皮苷的含量。结果薄层层析和气相色谱法可鉴别出蒲公英、羌活、樟脑、冰片、水杨酸甲酯,柚皮苷在0.1004~0.502μg范围内具有良好线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为97.71%(RSD=1.04%)。结论该方法简便可靠,重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the quality standard of Jieguling poultice.Methods Herba taraxaci,Rhizoma et Radix notopterygii in Jieguling poultice were identified by TLC.Camphor,borneol and methyl salicylate were identified by GC.The content of naringin in Jieguling poultice was determined by HPLC.Results Herba taraxaci,Rhizoma et Radix notopterygii,camphor,borneol,methyl salicylate were all detected by TLC or GC.The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.1004～0.502 μg of naringin(r=0.9997).The average recovery was 97.71%(RSD=1.04%).Conclusion The method is simple,reliable and reproducible for the quality control of Jieguling poultice.更多还原
