【Abstract】 The learner-based teaching method is introduced with the definition of learner autonomy,and the features of learners are presented.This paper points out that the new teaching method should place the emphasis on cultivating and improving the learners’ consciousness of English studying,optimizing the teaching schedule.Thee initiative and participation of students in learning English is hence boosted by exerting the function of students and advantages of multi-media and network teaching.The specific requirements and recommendations to teachers are also proposed.更多还原
