AB-8大孔吸附树脂纯化降香总黄酮的工艺研究

【摘要】 目的研究AB-8大孔吸附树脂纯化降香总黄酮的最佳工艺条件。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量,研究AB-8大孔吸附树脂对降香总黄酮的吸附、解吸附特性和纯化效果。结果AB-8树脂能吸附降香总黄酮,树脂与生药比为1∶1;70%(φ)乙醇可把总黄酮洗脱完全;回收率达到81.07%;纯度由19.80%提高到43.35%,提高了2.2倍。结论AB-8大孔树脂可用于降香总黄酮的纯化。

【Abstract】 Objective To optimize the purification procedure of total flavonoids.Methods Lignum Dalbergia odorifera was extracted with ethanol and purified with AB-8 macroporous resin.The total flavonoids were analyzed by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Results The total flavonoids from Lignum Dalbergiae odoriferae absorbed on AB-8 resin and were eluted from the column totally by 70% ethanol when the ratio between resin and herb was 1∶1.The recovery was 81.07%. The purity reached 43.35%,which was two times higher than that before purification.Conclusion AB-8 resin is suitable for the purification of total flavonoids from Lignum Dalbergiae Odoriferae.
