【摘要】 目的以2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O--βD-葡萄糖苷为指标评价不同采集地何首乌的质量。方法HPLC法,色谱柱为C18,流动相为乙腈-水(体积比25∶75),检测波长320 nm。结果2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷在0.2460~2.460μg范围内线性良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.5%(RSD=2.0%)。结论为何首乌质量评价提供了新的指标和方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the qualities of Radix Polygonum Multiflori,a Chinese traditional herb,from different habitats.Methods 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxy-stilbene-2-O-β-D-glycoside in the extracts of Radix Polygonum Multiflori was used a quality index of the herb.The content of the compound was analyzed on a C₁₈ HPLC column.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（25∶75）,and the detection wavelength was at 320 nm.Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.2460².460 μg（r=0.9999） for the glycoside.The average recovery was 99.5%（RSD=2.0%）.Conclusion This method could be used for the quality evaluation of Radix Polygonum Multiflori from different habitats.更多还原
