【摘要】 目的观察美能注射液治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效。方法80例患者被随机分为治疗组48例和对照组32例,对照组口服氯雷他定、维乐生片、复方蒲公英片治疗,治疗组在此治疗的基础上应用美能注射液40 mL/d静脉滴注。结果治疗组总有效率为77.1%,对照组总有效率为53.1%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论美能治疗玫瑰糠疹疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of SNMC(Stronger Neo-Minophagen C) in treatment of Pityriasis rosea.Methods Eighty patients were randomly divided into therapeutic and control groups.Tirty-two control patients were treated with Loratadine,compound Vitamine B,and Mongolian dandelion herb tablets.Another forty-eight patients were injected with SNMC(Stronger Neo-Minophagen C) 40ml/d based on the treatment of control groups.Results The general efficacy rate of therapeutic groups is 77.1%,whereas that in control groups is 53.1%(P<0.05).Conclusion SNMC(Stronger Neo-Minophagen C) presented a satisfying and reliable efficacy in the treatment of Pityriasis rosea.更多还原
