表面活性剂PEG3000强化铝酸钠溶液晶种分解的研究
Research of intensifying the process of seeded precipitation from caustic aluminate solutions with surfactants PEG3000
【摘要】 研究了表面活性剂PEG3000对铝酸钠溶液晶种分解的影响,结果表明,当PEG3000加入量为140 mg.L-1时,PEG3000在Al(OH)3颗粒表面的吸附量最高,铝酸钠溶液的表面张力最低,其分解率可提高8%,有效地强化了铝酸钠溶液晶种的分解.
【Abstract】 This paper presents the influence of surfactant PEG3000 on the process of seeded precipitation from caustic aluminate solutions.When the additive amount of PEG3000 is 140 mg·L-1,the surfactant can enlarge the adsorption on the surface of Al(OH)3,decrease the surface tension of caustic aluminate solutions,enhance the precipitation yield about 8%,intensify the process of seeded precipitation from caustic aluminate solutions effectually.
