红外CO2激光制备单壁碳纳米管的研究
Preparation of single walled carbon nanotubes by infrared CO2 laser
【摘要】 介绍了试验用的CO2连续激光制备单壁碳纳米管系统.用CO2连续激光蒸发制备了单壁碳纳米管,所用激光功率为400~900 W,用高分辨透射电镜观察发现单壁碳纳米管直径为1.1~1.6 nm,随着激光功率的增加管径稍微增加.用波长632.8 nm激发光测量了所制备的单壁碳纳米管的一级和二级Raman光谱,比较了用YAG脉冲激光和CO2连续激光制备的单壁碳纳米管的Raman的光谱,发现在Raman特征峰的位置上存在差异.同时,对在室温下用波长10.6μm的红外CO2连续激光制备单壁碳纳米管的工艺条件和生长机理进行了讨论.
【Abstract】 The equipment of continuous wave CO2 laser ablation for producing nanomaterial is introduced.Single-walled carbon nanotubes were prepared by continuous wave CO2 laser ablation.The average diameter of carbon nanotubes produced by CO2 laser is within the range of 1.1-1.6 nm by high-resolution transmission electron microscope observation and increases with increase of laser power from 400 W to 900 W.Raman spectrum using excitation wavelength of 632.8 nm of single-walled carbon nanotubes prepared by continuous CO2 laser ablation were measured and compared with those of single-walled carbon nanotubes produced by pulsed CO2 laser ablation of previous reports.Their difference in the characteristic peaks were observed.The growth condition and mechanism of single-walled carbon nanotubes produced by CO2 infrared laser with wavelength of 10.6 μm at room temperature were discussed.
