基于脉冲电流法的合成绝缘子在线检测系统

【摘要】 为提高电力系统运行的安全可靠性,介绍了脉冲电流法在线检测合成绝缘子的基本原理、检测系统的组成以及具体实现。利用建立起的脉冲电流检测系统,在实验室采用加高电压模拟老化的方法研究了两个不同状况的FXBW4-35/70型合成绝缘子的局放脉冲电流特性。实验结果表明合成绝缘子局放脉冲主要出现在60°~120°和230°~300°的工频相位上,且脉冲电流的幅值、脉冲个数和产生相位的范围都随着电压的增高而增大。对湖南局部分实际运行线路绝缘子的现场检测结果与合成绝缘子投入运行时间相符合,所研制开发的这套在线检测系统具有较好的测试性能,能够满足地面检测合成绝缘子脉冲电流特性的要求。

【Abstract】 With the composite insulator widely used on high voltage transmission lines in our country, the faults caused by its production craft, blemish in quality or aging increase gradually. Study of on-line detecting method for composite insulator is important for improve the safety of the power system. In this paper, on-line detection for composite insulator based on pulse current method is studied. It introduces the principle of the method, the constituent parts and the realization of the detecting system. The pulse current of an insulator is considered to be a good fingerprint of its insulation condition and the pollution severity at the installation site. So the pulse current method determines the condition of insulators by measuring the pulse current that through the earth wire. In this paper, a set of instrument which can on-line detect insulators condition on the ground is developed according to the pulse current method principle. In laboratory, using the founded measurement system, with the method of heightening voltage to simulate aging, the partial discharge impulse current characteristics of two different FXBW4-35/70 composite insulators have been studied. The results indicate that partial discharge impulses mainly occur between 60o~120o and 230o~300o in power frequency phrase, and the amplitude of impulse current, the number of the impulse and the phase scope where occurs increase along with the increase of the voltage. The result of the detection experiment to some practical running line insulators in Hunan electric power company tallies with the runtime of these composite insulators. The results indicate that this instrument has a good measure characteristic which can satisfy the need of on-line detecting composite insulator on the ground.
