基于磁开关的高压高频脉冲陡化电路的设计
Design of High Voltage and High Frequency Pulse Sharpening Circuit Based on Magnetic Switch
【摘要】 根据磁开关技术和磁脉冲压缩的原理,设计了一种高压高频脉冲陡化电路。该电路将峰值5 kV、重复频率5 kHz的电压脉冲进行陡化,使其脉冲上升沿由50μs陡化为40 ns。分析了磁开关陡化脉冲的原理和设计方法,并建立了电路的PSPICE仿真模型,仿真结果表明,磁开关可有效陡化高压高频脉冲。
【Abstract】 A power supply that is able to generate fast-rise time and high frequency pulses is needed for plasma generator.A high-voltage and high frequency pulse sharpening circuit is designed according to the principle of magnetic switch technology and magnetic pulse compression technology.Pass through the circuit,the rise-time of the 5 kV and 5 kHz pulse is sharpened from 50 μs to 40 ns.The pulse sharpening technology and the design method of the magnetic switch are analyzed concretely.The PSPICE simulation model has been established,and simulation results show that magnetic switch can sharp the high-voltage and high-frequency pulses effectively.
