V/N火花间隙开关的电场和电容模拟计算
Simulation Calculation of Electric Field Distribution and Capacitance of V/N Spark Switch
【摘要】 介绍了V/N间隙火花开关的工作原理。此开关被用于工作电压500 kV、工作电流400 kA、脉宽100 ns、驱动阻抗1.25Ω的脉冲功率源主开关。利用有限元计算的软件Ansoft对设计的V/N开关进行建模,计算了模型加压导通过程几个关键时刻的电场和电位的分布及开关的结构电容为15.67 pF。
【Abstract】 This article introduces the structure and basic principle about V/N spark switch,which is used as main switch in a 500 kV/400 kA/100 ns pulsed power generator.The electric field distribution and structural capacitance of this switch is simulated by the calculation of ANSOFT.Based on the simulation,the total structural capacitance of the switch is calculated to be 15.67 pF.
