【摘要】 目的评价简易套筒冠覆盖义齿的临床应用前景。方法收集常规义齿修复需要拔除残根或松动牙的患者,对残根或松动牙进行相应的处理予以保留,采用改良的简易套筒方法修复缺失牙列,比较常规修复与简易套筒冠覆盖义齿修复后患者的舒适性、固位感觉、复诊调改次数。结果戴简易套筒冠覆盖义齿患者的舒适性和固位感觉明显优于常规修复的患者,复诊次数明显减少。结论简易套筒冠覆盖义齿临床使用效果肯定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical perspective of analogical telescopic prosthesis. Methods Totally 44 patients who need removal the remnant roots or loose teeth were included in the current study. In 23 cases, all the remnant roots and loose teeth were kept and treated with standard procedures, and then analogical telescopic prosthesis were made to repair the dentition. Usual prosthesis methods were applied in other 21 cases as control group. The comfortableness, feelings of retention and frequencies of further consultation of these two groups were compared. Results The patients with analogical telescopic prosthesis claimed a higher grade of comfort and retention feelings than usual prosthesie groups, while significant lower frequencies of further consultation were recorded in the former. Conclusion The analogical telescopic prosthesis was of the good choices for clinical application.更多还原
