【Abstract】 A series of opinion polls show in the contemporary West that the public’s confidence in government descends overspreading Western nations.The reason why Western governments brought trust crisis covers several layers of objective factors,for example,the difficulties of government’s competence and integrity,the raise of social evaluation standard,the agenda controlled by interest groups and some authorities’ low-downs often uncovered by mass medias,etc.In this case,almost all Western nations have brought forth new policies aiming at trust crisis,so rebuilding the confidence in government has become the point of administration reengineering.更多还原
