【摘要】 进行了复方高糖平胶囊药材中有效成分的提取工艺优选试验。采用L9(34)正交试验,以盐酸小糪碱为指标分别进行醇提条件的优化选择,考察各因素的影响。得到黄连等药材加盐酸小糪碱的最佳提取工艺为6倍量的70%乙醇提取3次,每次1.0 h。按以上条件得到的提取工艺可行,为复方高糖平胶囊的制剂成型提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Define the best processing method of compound gaotangping Capsules.L9(34) orthogonal table is decided with three effects: ethanol-processing,water-processing and ethanol precipitated with the amount of barbering hydrochloride as the recorder.The best ethanol-processing method is boiling 3 hours with 3 times 70% ethanol after being put in ethanol for 1 hour.The result above can be used for mass production.更多还原
